If you are signed up, here is the information that you
will need for the horseback riding trip. In order to allow everyone to
participate we need more drivers. Please ask your parent(s) if they would be
willing to drive.
Date: Saturday, May 3, 2003
Leave St. Laurence: 8:15 am
Return to St. Laurence: 3:30 pm
We will ride horses for 3 miles (40 - 50 min.) on
Galveston Beach (in 2 shifts), build sand castles and fly kites.
What to bring:
Towel
Sunscreen
Hat
Swim Trunks
Extra Shirt
Stuff to build sand castles
Kite
What to wear:
Bike Helmet - You will not be able to go with
the Troop if you don't have a helmet.
Long Pants
Heeled Shoes/Boots (to grip the stirrup)
Class B Shirt
