  Summer Camp 2007:  The Scouts have selected Camp Rainey Mountain for Summer Camp in 2007.  Camp Rainey Mountain is located in Northeastern Georgia.  We have made reservations for the week of June 17 - 23rd.  We need adults to volunteer for the summer camp committee.  Joe Knierien will coordinate the summer camp transportation arrangements for bus or air travel.

Michael Font, an Eagle Scout in First Colony in Sugar Land, has recently been diagnosed with leukemia, and he needs blood donations.  Michael was the Valedictorian at Elkins High School in spring, 2006.  Here is the Sam Houston Area Council write-up about blood donations for Michael, and here is Michael's mother's blog about his illness.  Please do whatever you can to help.
