With signed permission of a scout's parents, we will publish on the website

• A scout's first name and first letter of his last name
• Scouting accomplishments
• Photographs showing the scout camping, hiking, and participating in various other Scouting activities with his patrol and troop

We will not publish on the website a scout's

• Full last name
• Phone number
• Address
• Email address

We will do our best to honor all of the parents' preferences regarding publishing of information about their scout.  If any photograph or information about your son that you find objectionable appears on our website, please notify us and we will remove it.

Publishing information about the troop's registered adult leaders:

With signed permission of an adult leader of the troop, we will publish on the website

• The leader's first and last names
• The leader's leadership position in the troop
• Photographs of the leader participating in various scouting activities
• The leader's phone number
• The leader's email address

We will do our best to honor all of the leaders' preferences regarding publishing of personal information.  If any photograph or information about you that you find objectionable appears on our website, please notify us and we will remove it.

Publishing information about parents who are not registered adult leaders:

• By participating in troop activities, parents of scouts give implicit permission for the troop to publish on the website photographs of the parents engaging in those troop activities.
• Any parent who does not wish his or her photograph to be published on the website should sign a Parent's No-Website-Photographs Form and give it to the Webmaster, the Committee Chair, or the Scoutmaster.  (See the Contact list.)
• Names and contact information of parents will not be published.

• Our website may provide links to other websites which we believe to be useful, but over which we have no control, including BSA-sponsored sites.
